Homemaker Personal Care
Through our trained Direct Support Professionals we assist with hygiene, dressing, light housekeeping, regular or nutritional meals, medication administration, grocery shopping and other small assigned tasks to assist our individuals with their daily routine. We encourage our Direct Support Professionals to promote healthy active lifestyles by offering a variety of fun and affordable community activities that our clients can enjoy and be able to increase their self-confidence and socialization.
We offer our individuals to successfully help them build and manage their budgets. This includes assisting them managing their SSI, paychecks and any other income earned, savings and debt repayment (if there is any), and assisting with paying their monthly living expenses and utility bills.
We provide on-going training to our Direct Support Professionals and supervisors that meet state requirements throughout the course of our staffs employments. We monitor and evaluate our services Bi-Monthly. Our Supervisors/Program Coordinators make sure that the policies and procedures safeguarding the health and safety areas are being followed and implemented per procedures, and all staff are educated/trained respectively. Documentation is checked monthly to make sure that services are being provided as required by the specified plans.
We provide HPC transportation to our individuals therefore we make sure that all our staff are well trained in following and maintaining our policies and procedures transporting our individuals in their personal vehicles or company vehicles. All our drivers are 18 years and over and have a valid Ohio Driver’s License
